By using Trendy Cake Affairs and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout via our supported payment gateways before we begin production. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price shown at the time of your order is what you will be charged.

Delivery Dates

We require a minimum lead time to prepare each order fresh. Delivery dates selected at checkout are estimates; while we work hard to meet them, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery timing.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled and refunded any time before they are dispatched for delivery. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Product Accuracy

We do our best to represent our cakes accurately through photos and descriptions. Minor variations in appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
